Practice 01 · AI services

We don't sell models.
We sit alongside your team.

Strategy, training, and implementation for organisations adopting AI in the next twelve months. We work with you on site, on paper, and at the pace your business actually runs.

Engagements

Four ways to work with us.

Whatever shape the work takes, it usually starts with the free audit and a short call. From there, engagements tend to fit one of these patterns.

Engagement 01
Monthly retainer

AI Office Hours

Your AI co-pilot on retainer, without the price tag. For business owners who want a smart sounding board for AI questions without committing to a project.

Deliverables
  • 2× 45-min calls per month
  • Direct email access between calls
  • Curated tool & prompt library
  • Quick reviews of any tool you try
Engagement 02
Two weeks

AI Strategy Sprint

Find the AI use cases worth chasing, in a fortnight. A 90-minute workshop, then a deliverable: ranked opportunities, one working prototype, and a plan you can act on.

Deliverables
  • 90-min stakeholder workshop
  • Use cases scored on ROI
  • One working prototype
  • 90-day action plan
Engagement 03
3–4 weeks

AI Build Project

Build and deploy one high-impact AI capability, end-to-end. Named, scoped builds: knowledge-base GPTs, document automations, internal AI assistants. Working tools, not slide decks.

Deliverables
  • Bespoke build, your stack
  • Discovery → ship → handover
  • Team training session
  • 30-day post-launch support
Engagement 04
Monthly · 3-mo min

Norcliff AI Partner

Embedded AI capability without the hire. A monthly strategy call, hands-on build and optimisation, and direct email access between calls, for businesses who want AI to be a constant lever, not a one-off.

Deliverables
  • Monthly evening strategy call
  • Hands-on build & optimisation
  • Direct email access between calls
  • Quarterly shipped-vs-working review
Sprint anatomy

What a two-week strategy sprint actually looks like.

No discovery theatre. We come in on Monday, leave on a Friday a fortnight later, and you have something written you can act on.

Sprint timeline10 working days
Mon W1
On site, with the team that does the work
Half-day shadowing. We watch, we ask, we don't pitch.
Tue–Wed W1
Stakeholder conversations
Six to ten 30-minute interviews. Notes shared in Notion.
Thu–Fri W1
Map & mark the friction
A wall of post-its becomes a written map of where AI helps.
Mon–Wed W2
Draft, share, draft again
Roadmap drafts on Tuesday, comments back Wednesday.
Thu W2
Final read-through, in the room
We sit together, line by line, and adjust.
Fri W2
Handover
Final report. Three pilots scoped. A bill.
How engagements begin

Every engagement starts with the audit.

We don't publish a price list because no two engagements look the same. Instead, we start with a short audit so we can tell you what would actually move the needle, before either of us commits to anything.

01About four minutes

Free audit

Tell us about your business and where the week disappears. We send back three or four AI use cases worth chasing, ranked, with a sensible next step beside each.

02By email

Scoping reply

Reply to the audit with what landed, what didn't, and what you'd want to try first. We come back with a written proposal: scope, deliverables, price. If we're not the right fit, we'll usually know who is.

03Whatever shape suits

Engagement

Sometimes that’s a two-week sprint. Sometimes a build. Sometimes monthly Office Hours. We propose, you decide. No pressure, no hard sell.

Common questions

Honest answers to the questions we hear most.

It depends on what we find together, which is why we don't publish a price list. Engagements range from a monthly retainer through to multi-week builds, and the right shape depends on the use cases worth chasing in your business. The free audit is the fastest way to get a clear answer: it surfaces what would actually move the needle, and from there a short written exchange is enough to scope and price the work.

Yes. That's the most common starting point. The sprint is built to map an organisation that hasn't adopted AI yet and find the three to five places where it would actually pay back.

Almost never. The right answer for most teams is to use a strong existing model with careful retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails. Training is expensive and slow, and the wins are usually elsewhere.

We'll tell you. A discovery sprint sometimes ends with "this is a process problem, not a model problem" or "a spreadsheet and a clear owner will fix this faster than anything we'd build." We'd rather lose the implementation phase than ship something you don't need. It's how we end up trusted for the work that does need building.

We sign your NDA before kickoff. Your data stays inside your environment unless you specifically ask us to move it. We treat client material as confidential by default: no training on your data, no retention beyond the engagement.

You own everything we build, with documentation. A month of post-launch support is included at no extra cost. After that, an advisory retainer is available if you want continuity, though most engagements don't need it.
