We do consultancy the way we'd want it done to us. Direct, unhurried, and on paper before it's on screen.

Listen, then look

We start on site or in your office. Before a single slide, we understand the work you actually do and where the friction lives.

Propose, narrow, commit

A short written proposal: scope, deliverables, price. Either we agree on Tuesday or we part ways respectfully.

Work it

We sit alongside. No "discovery phase" theatre. Small decisions, shipped weekly, reviewed in person.
